Availability of products

References on the website to products or services do not constitute an offer for the sale or supply of that product or service. Before purchasing a particular product or service, detailed information regarding its availability and suitability must be obtained.

General terms and conditions for RAMSEIER Expérience

RAMSEIER Suisse AG operates a leisure and recreation facility under the name ‘RAMSEIER Expérience’, which is aimed at families, school groups, clubs and companies. The general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between you as a customer/organiser and RAMSEIER Suisse AG.

1. Conclusion of contract

A contract is concluded between you and RAMSEIER Suisse AG upon receipt of your written or verbal booking and delivery of our confirmation. If an offer is sent, the contract is concluded upon receipt of the express acceptance by the recipient of the offer.

2. Services

2.1 Single tickets

The prices published online and at the cash desk include access authorisation to RAMSEIER Expérience for one day; they do not include any other personal services. If the ticket conditions are linked to the age of a child or children, the age of the child or children on the day of the visit is decisive. Proof of the children’s date of birth may be requested. If the requested ID is not presented, the adult rate automatically applies. In the case of group enquiries, the specific services are based on the offer/booking confirmation.

2.2 Group tickets

For groups of fewer than ten people, the rates for individual guests apply. Only a total invoice shall be issued to the organiser, who is fully liable for this amount. RAMSEIER Suisse AG must be notified of the final number of people in the group no later than 72 hours before the group’s arrival. If the group is smaller than originally registered, the booked number of people shall be invoiced. Additional people shall be counted as group travellers – subject to fulfilment – and charged additionally.

3. Cancellation conditions

3.1 Full cancellation

Any full cancellation of a booking must be notified in writing. If the full cancellation is communicated fewer than 72 hours before the date of the visit, the original order is due in full. If the full cancellation of a reservation with or without a guided tour is communicated fewer than seven days before the date of the visit, RAMSEIER Suisse AG shall issue an invoice for 50% of the amount of the original order.

3.2 Partial cancellation

If the number of participants is reduced to fewer than ten people, the tickets shall be invoiced to the customer at the public rate for individual guests.

4. Payment terms

The participation fee must be paid on site in cash or by debit card or credit card on the day of the event. Payment by invoice is possible with the prior agreement and consent of RAMSEIER Suisse AG. RAMSEIER Suisse AG is authorised to demand advance payment in whole or in part for the scope of the reservation.

5. Data protection

The customer/organiser acknowledges and agrees that RAMSEIER Suisse AG may obtain knowledge of personal data in connection with the provision of RAMSEIER Expérience and the provision of services. The following personal data must be provided in order to use the service: full first name and last name, company, group or association name, postal address, telephone number and email address. This personal data is used exclusively within the scope of the service.

Personal data shall only be passed on if RAMSEIER Suisse AG is obliged to do so by law, an official order, a court order or a similar decision.

For security reasons and to control the flow of people, the internal premises are under video surveillance. People are recognisable in the images. These images are used for live monitoring and are not recorded.

6. Liability

The guest or organiser is liable to RAMSEIER Suisse AG for all damage and loss demonstrably caused by them or their assistants or participants. RAMSEIER Suisse AG accepts no liability for loss of or damage to items brought onto the premises. This also applies in particular to the use of the cloakrooms provided.

7. Force majeure

The management of RAMSEIER Suisse AG reserves the right to cancel any reservation if it is forced to do so due to events of force majeure or coincidence through no fault of its own. Such events include, for example, strikes, fires, water damage, impossibility of access, epidemics and official decrees. In such cases, RAMSEIER SUISSE AG may offer a different date for the visit to RAMSEIER Expérience or a refund.

8. Applicable law/jurisdiction

These general terms and conditions and the contracts concluded on their basis are subject to Swiss law. Lucerne is agreed as the place of fulfilment and jurisdiction.

9. Severability clause

If individual provisions of these general terms and conditions are or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The same applies if a loophole is found in this contract. The invalid or unenforceable provision or the loophole shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the intended purpose.
